Help! I received a notification that my package was delivered, but I haven't received it.Updated 6 months ago

Our team is available to help assist you in locating your package, but before reaching out, there are some things you can check:

 •Have you reached out to your local post office for more information?

• Have you checked with your neighbors, as they may have mistakenly received it.

•Is it possible another family member picked it up?

•Was there a key in your mailbox? Your package may be in a parcel locker. 

•Is it at your apartment clubhouse?

If you are still unable to locate your package 2 business days after it is marked delivered by the carrier, please contact our team by emailing [email protected] for more assistance. 

*All orders returned to sender by the carrier, including those due to insufficient address, customer refusal, mailbox full, or any other reason not associated with Legendairy Milk will be processed and the item amount refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable.
