What if my item arrives damaged or defective?Updated 5 months ago

All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier (delivery date). 

Claims submitted after this window (7 days) are not eligible for return. No exceptions.

To submit a claim, please email [email protected] with your order number and photo of the product, including the Date and Lot Number of the product, if applicable.   Not including this information may delay processing time. 

* If you purchased a product from a Retail Location, please contact the retailer directly for their Return/Refund Policy for damaged/defective products.
