For 0-12 months: 1 drop daily (400 IU D3, 5 mcg K2)

For 1-3 years: 2 drops daily (800 IU D3, 10 mcg K2)

For infants: Invert bottle 2-3 times before removing cap. Remove cap, hold upside down and wait for one drop. Immediately turn the bottle upright after one drop is dispensed. Place one drop daily onto a clean finger, pacifier, or nipple before nursing. 

Alternatively, mix one drop daily with milk or other food. Suitable for use for newborns, babies, toddlers, children.
