We hope you are as excited with your purchase as we are! However, if you need to request a return, please review our Return Policy below.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

You may return any qualifying items that are unopened with all seals intact for a refund of the item amount. Items marked as final sale/ non-returnable are NOT eligible for a return. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

Any opened products, including supplements, are NOT eligible for a return/refund. No exceptions. 

Qualifying items must be returned to the address below within 30 days of the original delivery date. If the returned items arrive without meeting these conditions, they may not qualify for a refund. No exceptions.

The original shipping cost is not refundable. 

After your return is marked delivered to our facility, please allow approximately 14 business days for the return to be posted to your original payment method. 

Only orders placed directly on legendairymilk.com are eligible for Return/Refund by Legendairy Milk. 

Proof of purchase is required for any returned items. Please include your original order number and/or email address associated with your account inside the box with your return to avoid processing delays. Do not combine returns from multiple orders.  

Legendairy Milk has no visibility into the financial transactions of Retail Locations. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items purchased outside of legendairymilk.com, such at Target, Walmart, or Other. If you purchased your products from a Retail Location, these items must be returned according to the specific Return/Refund Policy provided by the Retail Location. Please contact the Retail Location for more details about their Return/Refund Policy, and we appreciate your understanding. 

To initiate a return, please return qualifying items to the address below with valid proof of purchase:

*Return labels are not provided. You are welcome to use the carrier of your choice.  We recommend retaining any tracking details for reference and to ensure the return package is delivered.
