Legendairy Milk was the creator of the Fenugreek Free Movement!
Fenugreek is a bit of a mixed bag. For some, it works well to increase breast milk production but for others, it has no effect or even decreases milk production with uncomfortable side effects. It may cause gassiness/stomach upset in mom and baby, lower blood sugar, yield a maple syrup smell in mom's sweat and urine, and/or negatively impact the thyroid hormone.
After analyzing the list of potential side effects, we decided to use alternative herbs that had a better safety profile. Fenugreek is in 95% of the products on the market and we offer the most unique alternatives!
