Are breast pumps and accessories returnable?Updated 3 months ago

The following Breast Pump Kits are returnable within 30 days of the original delivery date. All Breast Pump Kits must be returned unopened with all seals intact for a refund of the item amount. If the returned items arrive without meeting these conditions, they may not qualify for a refund. No exceptions.

Partial Returns: Breast Pump Kit Bundles (breast pumps plus an insert/ breast shield) are NOT eligible for a partial return. All items must be returned to qualify for a refund. 

Opened products are NOT eligible for a return/refund. No exceptions. 

Sale and discounted items/kits are NOT eligible for a return. Items marked as final sale/ non-returnable are NOT eligible for return.
