No! She’s Thirsty is caffeine free! The energy support comes from Vitamin B12.

She’s Thirsty dissolves well in water! There may be a bit of powder sediment left after mixing, but a quick stir should do the trick.

Will this taste like coconut since it contains coconut?

She’s Thirsty comes in two tasty flavors - Strawberry Lemonade and Watermelon! You’ll get all the benefits of Coconut Water, without its flavor coming through.

Does it contain artificial sweeteners?

No! She’s Thirsty contains no added sugars and it gets its natural sweetness from Stevia Leaf Extract, Monk Fruit, and Coconut Water Powder.

How often can I drink it?

One packet of She’s Thirsty can be mixed with 16 fl oz of water as needed to support hydration. In situations where you are losing more fluids—like during intense exercise, hot weather, or illness—you can increase your daily intake up to 4 servings.
